Macbook pro stuck at apple logo halfway
i tried everything from pram reset to safe mode and to internet recovery mode. i need help

I suspect your drive is failing.
The file system is initialized, and the boot drive is mounted and here you are stuck. You either have directory issues or bad blocks.
You do not say what exact Mac /model /year /size /retina /touchbar ?
You can try booting into Recovery and run the Diskutility>FirstAid on your Macintosh HD
If errors are found and repaired, run again until no errors reported.
