If they are your internet service provider, you need to set up the Mail app with whatever information they require because whatever you do, you need to send it through their server first. Ask them about how to set up Mail on a Mac with them.

Sends but doesn't recieve. An email account can send Mail but not receive on Mac Mini, DSL or Wifi, with the same server settings. From a laptop on WiFi, can receive and send. Have other email accounts with same Internet provider which work fine. Running on Monterey 12.6, Mail16.0 on both. Any suggestions? Thanks
