Transparent keyboard

So basically, on my screen I keep seeing a transparent keyboard at the bottom of my screen constantly, on every single app, while my keyboard is closed. I see the keys with the same font and look as the normal keyboard, but in a transparent way, and it’s bothering me. Anything that can help solve this problem?

Special keys remain appear on screen? So I accidentally spammed all of my keyboard when the screen was off because I thought it wouldn't turn on. But now I have this weird issue where my special keys (shift, fn, ctrl, optn, etc.) appear on my screen when I press on them, and if I press the key twice, it remains pressed and the key becomes highlighted on my screen. Anyone know what setting this is, and how I can turn it off?

Note: I’ve tried reinstalling the software (Before updating to ios 13 I had the same problem), I tried factory settings, I basically tried anything.

oh and next to that; When I screenshot, you can’t see the transparent keyboard.
