iOS 13 Bug

Why i'm not able to change or make key photo after updating iPhone 6s to iOS 13? As it keeps saying "Saving Photo" continuously, i tried restarting & resetting the device, nothing worked. Out of which when i tried restarting the device, it turned my picture into a white picture.

Unable to screenshot with iPhone on iOS 14.2 I am unable to screenshot with my iPhone XS on iOS 14.2. Here's what I've tried so far, open to other suggestions: Home button + volume up button Assistive touch > Device > More > Screenshot Double tap assistive touch Double tap back of device Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings All of the above have failed. I'm noticing that when I attempt to take a screenshot, the assistive touch button fades away almost as if a screenshot is being taken. However, no photos are saved. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
