Apple support doesnt work! I saw microlags in intarface after update to ios 13 ! Its lagging a lot ! Maybe ill wait for ios 13.1, mothers iphone8 works perfectly (ios12.4)... In my city , there is no any official Apple stores
I think that this may require an apple specialist to look at your device. Use this link to book a repair session at your local apple store.
I tried hard reset and erase all data and settings , it didn’t help...
