iPhone 11 Camera Problem

When taking photos the subject itself is very small and the rest of the photo is green... Is this a camera fault?

Initially I migrated my iPhone 7 settings over to the iPhone 11 and encountered this problem so I also did a full reset on the iPhone 11 and set it up as a new phone - in both instances I get the same problem with the photos:

Update:

I've spoken to Apple support a couple of times (they have been very helpful) and I've run through their troubleshooting, which includes:

  • reset phone and restore from backup,
  • reset phone and set up as new phone,
  • reinstall IOS13 through recovery mode/itunes to eliminate IOS corruption.

Unfortunately none of this has worked and Apple have deemed the phone to be faulty and it has now been returned to the retailer.

My replacement iPhone 11 works perfectly though.
