under emergency sos it does not show the option to enable fall detection on the watch app although I do have wrist detection enabled I have tried un pairing the devices and have even tried restarting the devices. How should I fix this problem?

In order to enable fall detection, you must have an Apple Watch Series 4 or later.
If you do, I suggest updating both your Apple Watch and iPhone (if applicable):

Then, you’ll want to follow these steps:

Thank you for your advice but it didn’t help my situation my iphone is updated to iOS 13 and I have a series 5 watch which is updated to watchOS 6 but the option still isn’t there but thank you for your time. This would probably work for someone who hadn’t yet updated their devices.
