Unknown iTunes charges

I’ve been getting a $10.69 charge from iTunes For the past 5 months. Each month the charge is more frequent. I thought my kids were buying things I didn’t know about so I changed their settings, changed my card, and changed my password. Still happening. Last month 3 charges and this month up to 4 already? Any ideas?
