I’ve been getting charges for apple iTunes when I’ve NEVER accessed it.

I want to know how my account is being charged when I’ve never used it. This the 2nd month these charges appeared. I contacted apple iTunes by email explaining how I wanted my money back. No one responded. Now, the problem with the charges has exploded with even more bogus charges. Now what?
