Lists and reminders not on Apple watch

I updated my iPhone and Apple Watch today, both are now operating on the current update. This morning I could view all of my reminders and lists on my watch. As of now, I can not view ANY lists or scheduled reminders on my watch. What can I do to fix this issue? I rely very heavily on my reminders as I run a small business and have 4 small kiddos. Sort of in a panic about my lists not being on my watch, it’s the whole reason I got an Apple watch. 🤦🏻‍♀️
