How to record with iPhone built in mic while hearing with EarPods?

Is there some way to change the input mic, or any other way to solve this?? I saw other audio apps that give us this option, but Garage Band is the best by far. I really need to record a song and it is impossible to do this recording at the EarPods mic or without monitoring ... thanks a lot!
