Reminders

I liked what they did to the app in iOS 13 but it’d be much better if you could make the reminders repeat every weekday, which is not possible right now. If I’m mistaken please correct me.

you can do this! turn on "remind me on a day", tap repeat, tap custom, set the frequency to weekly, tap "every" and select the days you want.

I don't believe that's correct. In every, the only options are numbers. Meaning if I pick 5, it will repeat every 5 days.
