Apple wireless keyboard double letter problem

I have problem with my apple wireless keyboard : when I type "1" it be "14", also when I type "4" it be "14" too. when I type "q" it be "qr" also when I type "r" it be "qr" too.

it's seem that this double letter problem only happen with column 1-q-a-z and 4-r-f-v. Other key is work normally.

I tried to PRAM reset, and it's not work at all.

Can anyone help me?
