Face Clock Issue

If you have the latest updates and they still don't talk , on your Watch go to Settings then tap on Clock and turn on Speak Time and Always Speak. If that doesn't work try removing the Mickey and or Minnie watch faces and then reinstall them.

Check to make sure you don't have your Watch silenced and you are not in Theater mode. If that is not the issue the next step would be to unpair and pair your Watch again.

Have you updated your iPhone to iOS 13.1.2 and your Watch to 6.0.1?

Minnie Mouse has no sound after the update.
