Beta program has not been removed completely

I have installed IOS13 Developer's beta program. is there a way to remove the beta profile without going for restore? I have removed the profile under General-Profiles. Still i'm seeing the current version as IOS 13.1.

Removing the Beta Profile does not remove the beta. It just means you won't be offered any more. The offical release of 13.1 is in a couple of days. Hang on and the world will catch up to you.
