Can’t receive calls or make USSD codes

I have an iPhone X which used to work well, now it’s just useless as I can’t receive calls, can’t make USSD says “Error performing request unknown error” network always not showing any signal, when it does, I receive missed calls only, tried to disable Call forwarding, all I get is a continuous busy icon, it’s so frustrating, is this a hardware or software issue? Please help, I’ve tried soft and hard reset, changed SIM cards all to no use. Any one able to help? I have included screenshots.

Greetings kgabo64,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities! I understand you're unable to receive phone calls or use USSD messaging with your iPhone.

I suggest checking for a carrier settings update and iOS update. If the issue persists, I suggest contacting your carrier to ensure there aren't any localized outages, and that your account is provisioned correctly. You can see those suggestions from the following support article: If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

Let me know how it goes from here.

Kind regards.
