Iphone 12pro call failed

Hello, a few days ago my phone became unable to make a phone calls

everytime I try to call someone it says “call failed”.

I tried everything, from airplane mode, removing SIM card, Reseting network. And it won’t work. I can receive phone calls, use mobile data, send messages, but not make a call.

please help
