2 external screens
What hardware do I need to connect 2 external screens (HDMI or VGA acceptable) to my MacBook Pro mid 2012 ?
Available connections:
- 2x USB 3.0
- 1 x Firewire 800
- 1 x Thunderbolt

Use multiple displays with your Mac - https://support.apple.com/HT202351
"Check how many displays your Mac supports: Choose Apple () menu > About This Mac > Support, then click Specifications. On the web page that appears, the number of displays your Mac supports appears under Video Support."

To me it looks like only one external display plus the MBP's own display.
