A non-jailbroken phone cannot be hacked. I am not sure I understand your question. In what app are you watching a video?

A scam.
I keep getting spam messages from a hacker that they have hacked my email account etc. by accessing my camera while watching a video on Safari. I'd normally ignore but an old password was in on of the emails.
It is still a scam message.
