Video playback are all cropped not full screen

After updating to 13 I have notice that all videos are cropped and do not fill the screen they way they did before the update. Facebook top, and bottom of the video is fine but sides are cropped. YouTube cropped on all four sides. And Vimeo bottom is fine but sides and top are cropped. Also on Vimeo there is a white bare that comes a crossed if you tap on the top. Has any one notice this, and is there a fix for it? None of this happens before the update.. IPhone XS

Blurry videos I noticed that my videos come out glitchy/Blurry as soon as I start recording… I don’t know if this has to do with the update but I hope it can get fixed or if there’s anything I can do to fix that problem?I noticed it on other IPhone users as well.

unable to play downloaded v I am not able to play videos which are saved in my iphone gallery. A small circle appears as I open a video. It looks as if the video is buffering. Why so?
