Service

My phone is saying it’s not connection to service, and I’ve gone to Verizon and they said they can’t do anything about it. Because there saying it’s the phone not the service, and it keeps saying cellular error. Pretty much my phone is acting like it’s an iPod and has to be on WiFi to use.
