History here app will not open ? Says I need internet connection? I am on the internet

I understand that you are getting an error in the History Here app that says you need an internet connection. If you have verified that you have an internet connection, i.e. able to get email or access new web pages, etc. Then you need to check the app. See this support article to troubleshoot an app:
