I can't get the noise app on my apple watch series 3. When I try to, I get the following message: You can't restore this app on your device. You may already have this app.If not, it can only be restored on an iPhone with iOS 10 or later

The noise app is not available on the Series 3 only Series 4 or higher.

It's not obvious is it? I just went hunting for it too.
Apple needs to change the AppStore to say something more along the lines of "this is not supported on your Watch version" or similar. It would also help if the pages discussing this feature say it's only S4 and above.
