Reboot loop and greyed-out wifi persisting in IOS 13 on 32g iPhone 7

Hi There,

This morning I woke up to my iPhone 7 being unable to turn on wifi (Greyed-out settings button), after trying some resets to fix the issue I realised it was also getting stuck in a reboot loop (Phone would randomly shut down and turn back on after a couple of seconds) sometimes the wifi would be working again, sometimes not.

I presumed it was a software issue as everything had been working perfectly when I went to bed, so I updated to IOS 13 through iTunes. However after updating this is still happening? It doesnt seem to happen when plugged in so I fear a battery/hardware issue but what's the deal with the wifi?

Any and all input welcome!

Hello,

Yes, if it works OK when plugged in, it could be a battery issue. See this:

Check “Battery Health” in the link:

For a possible battery replacement see this:

Good luck.
