How long does it take to set up new iPhone from iCloud?

Are you restoring from a backup? Depending on the size of the backup, it could take close to a day. If you are asking about syncing data to/from iCloud, if you have a lot of photos, that could take couple of days or more. People who have large photo Libraries reported the sync took 2 weeks or more.
