Apple Watch Sounds

Since updating to the latest Apple Watch Version my Tap to Speak Time is no longer working. I’ve restarted the watch, did a hard reset and checked to ensure silent mode wasn’t on. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

i have a series 3 using watching OS 6.0
