Mickey no longer tells the time on tapping my Apple Watch screen after I updated to WatchOS 6. It was working fine before. Other watch faces do tell the time audibly if I hold two fingers on my watch face, but Mickey stays quiet regardless if I tap or hold the fingertips.
Anyone else been experiencing this after the update?

Mickey starts speaking again when I turn on and off VoiceOver. I had this issuse too. I enabled VoiceOver, and after couple of minutes, turned it off. After that Mickey starts speaking again in Watchos 6 :D

Here’s what I did after updating to WatchOS 6:
I turned on and off the VoiceOver as suggested by Adidasler.
I turned on and off the watch.
I turned on and off the VoiceOver again.
I turned on and off Mickey’s speak on tap.
Some of them did the trick, or maybe the voices just needed to be redownloaded on the watch.

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, turning VoiceOver on and off didn’t help me.
I also tried rebooting the watch but that didn’t work either.
Mine is doing it too can’t get him to work!
Mine is not speaking. I’ve tried everything you suggested and still not working 😟
