Set my watch face to light up when I shake my wrist
I want to set my I watch to come on when I twist my wrist

On your Watch, tap on Settings, then tap on General...scroll to "Wake Screen on Wrist Raise". if it is easier on your iPhone , go to your watch App and tap on General...scroll down to "Wake Screen" and tap on it and turn it on.
