Apps won’t send Verification code

So about 2 months ago I noticed when apps would try and send me a code such like tiktok and tinder the code wouldn’t come through. now all apps that try to send me a code over text wont. However if they give me a call option the call will come trough. Could this be an iOS 13 beta bug or is it a setting I messed up.

I'm not getting Apps Verification Codes on my iPhone XR I have noticed for apps like Twitter, Locket, Snapchat etc. I do not receive the message with the verification codes. I do not have the SMS blocked nor have I ever texted STOP to stop receiving the messages does anyone know how yo fix this? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

messages why dont the verification codes get sent to me? when i download an app that needs my number to verify it never sends me the code, i would js like to know why this is happening
