My Phonak Audeo M hearing aid will not stay connected to Bluetooth on new iPhone 11 Pro

Same here. I have the Marvel M90R’s. Was finally able to get the 3rd profile to show under Bluetooth.

I will say that when an “Emergency Broadcasting Alert” cake blowing sound out my hearings aids it streamed perfectly during the whole ordeal. Has to be an Apple issue at this point IMO.

How many Phonak profiles do you have in Bluetooth?

I have the same issue. New $1,500 iPhone 11 Pro Max with IOS 13.1.2 fails to maintain Bluetooth headset connection to Phonak Audeo M90 hearing aids for more than 5-seconds.

These worked on iPhone X using IOS 13.1.2.

Is there a new setting on the iPhone 11 Pro Max that is required?

There are (3) Bluetooth "devices" discovered under Settings-Bluetooth. (2) of which are the BLE earpieces which also show up within the MyPhonak APP to control hearing aid volume. These (2) are named "LE_L-Phonak..." and "LE_R-Phonak...."

The 3rd profile is named "R-Phonak hearing aid", which I presume is the BL classic 4.2 with either A2DP or HSP bluetooth profile, (hard to devine from tech specs of Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max and Phonak non-info web page and device pamphlet).

Seems to be IF I first put the phone into "Airplane Mode" THEN the 3rd "R-Phonak hearing aid" device will connect and stay connected for "awhile". I've not determined yet, how long it will stay connected AFTER disabling "Airplane Mode".
