How do I remove the PM Home folder left in locations in the files app after being connected to a Sony a7 camera ??? I have connected the camera 4 times and now have 4 PM Home folders with no option to remove these folders , using iPhone X , iOS 13, Sony a7 , Apple camera connector .

Thanks for coming to Apple Support Communities for help deleting leftover folders in your files app.
You should be able to choose select in the upper right corner, mark the folders to be deleted and tap the trash icon. Check out: Use the Files app on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. You can also give the folders a hard press and a menu will come up with "Delete" as an option.

Thanks for your time and your answer , but that doesn't work when in the locations (root level) of the files app when I press edit it gives me the option to move the PMHOME folder which was abandoned by the Sony camera, but no option to remove this abandoned folder . When in the folder I have the option from the top right to delete, once those files are deleted the PMHOME folder in locations still remains. The other usb folder which was created when the camera was attached is removed when the camera is disconnected , but the PMHOME folder is left on the phone and a new PMHOME is created each time the camera is connected to the files app .
It would be nice to have an option to Eject these folders before the camera was disconnected!
The ability to view my raw files from my camera is a fantastic new feature, which as a photographer I would use several times a day, but I won't use it if I have hundreds of PMHOME folders left on my phone. This might be specific to Sony cameras!

Also something has changed from iOS13 to iOS13.1.2 as I only get one PMHome folder if I connect my camera several times with out turning it off. Where before I had a new folder each time I connected the camera. This is usable now , thank you.
I have got the same problem, but if you restart your iPad, the annoying folder will be gone!
