documents and data will not delete

My documents and data will not delete. I have gone into my iCloud account and deleted 314 gigs of documents and data but it still shows 314 gig. I have restarted my iPad still the same.

iCloud Drive occupying 50+ data on iPhone My iPhone storage is 256 model. 50 gb is occupied by iCloud Drive but I turned off iCloud Drive and have only one device synced with that account. You can try that : You can sign in icloud drive with internet browser. You can delete them with this way.
