My computer displayed a page stating my MiniMac has viruses. It looked like it was from Apple Care? I just restarted my computer.

It's not from Apple. There are no known viruses for Mac and Apple would never issue a pop-up like that. It's a scam, do not act on it.

It’s spam fear-based marketing. You don’t have a virus, but regardless, a lot of people panic, click the link and buy a product they don’t need and may even install malicious software itself.
