iPadOS will not take my wi-fi password

I just updated to iPad OS 13.1.2 and the issue remains. The iPad is also very unstable. Apps keep freezing/crashing and overall it is super slow.

Does Apple have a solution via IOS update or through an official solution on how IPad Air 2 users experiencing this should handle it. Other then what is found in this discussion?

There is no need to take it to Apple store. The link for instructions on how to do computer connected erase and restore has been posted here several times.

I updated my iPad Air 2 to 13.1.2 but it did not fix the issue, so finally I decided to do DFU restore using iTunes and that fixed all the issues. My iPad is back to being fast and feels like new

Why in the heck is Apple still pushing 13.1.x to Ipad Air2 users? And why isn't this getting closer attention from Apple? This is clearly not safe to install on these models.

Button repaired. Reinstalled 13.1.3 and it works. Back in business.
