Having updated to 13 and 13.1 I can now no longer get my HTML e-mail signatures to sent. They show in the MAIL part of Settings but do not appear when writing a mail or sending it.
Any suggestions as to what has changed?

Bug: In iOS 13.2.3, if there are multiple mail accounts, signatures won't work if the iCloud signature is left blank.
Fix: Add an email signature for the iCloud account. HTML signatures in other accounts work perfectly when the iCloud account signature is present.

Signatures work when I select a Mailbox (other than "All Inboxes") and then compose email. Selecting "All Inboxes" results in no signature.
Update on 13.2
The HTML signature is now workng again!..
Just curious, does the first signature block in Mail / Settings have signature content?
It’s still not working for me. Partially works though. I had to turn on include attachments with replies and it works with messages that I’d already replied to.
if I compose a new message it still gives me those “Null”” boxes.
so still broken.
I have the same problem as well. It was still okay on my iPad until I updated to iPad OS 13.1 last night now that’s broken as well. Something in the OS has changed.
I really hope they have fixed this in IOS 13.2!..
What a daft thing for Apple to do...., I'm amazed...
An HTML signature is a "must"..., all our phones have the company signature on them which as to be in HTML..
Someone at Apple needs a big kick in the arse for this one....
All mail accounts, including iCloud have e-mail signatures. You can insert a HTML signature in the Mail settings but as soon as you go to write a mail, you get ‘null’ where the HYML image should be.

Agreed! We are a business with 25 staff using iPhones, and our work email signatures are not working!!!! Come on Apple!!!!

what is the best way to go for a solution for everybody? its for a Very long time a problem.?
It is still broken no matter which of the above workarounds I try. Solution would be if the software engineers fix it properly.
