IOS 13 shift problem

I did the IOS 13 update today (9/24/2019) hoping the "shift" issue would be fixed. It has not. The problem is that the shift does not work when using an external keyboard.

Long pressing keyboard gone or bug? I updated to iOS 14.1 from 13 today. I noticed that long pressing the keyboard to freely move the blue cursor is no longer a feature. Long pressing anything else works just fine. Did iOS 14 remove this feature or might this be a bug? Thanks.

After doing the update today (Friday, September 27), the SHIFT KEY (on external keyboards) WORKS! Thanks, Apple.
