Does iTunes on iOS 13 support FLAC?

Trying to find out if Apple has finally committed to full support of FLAC.

As far as I am aware iTunes has yet to support FLAC, which would normally be used to sync content to an iOS device so it could be played in the Music app. I believe VLC supports FLAC.
