Is there a way to enabled the Silence Unknown Callers feature on iPadOS?

As the title says: Is there a way to enabled the Silence Unknown Callers feature on iPadOS? I checked and couldn't find the option because the Phone app isn't on iPadOS. When the option is enabled on my iPhone calls are silence on the phone but still appear and ring on my iPad.
