I can’t get the shutter sound and key strokes to be audible on my iPad Air 2. I’ve tried all of the suggested remedies and it won’t work.
I went to Sounds and made sure the volume is turned up. Somewhere I saw that you undo the Live Photo feature, but I don’t seem to have that feature. Help!
Any ideas?

After spending an hour with Apple support chat and them giving me the wrong process for doing a hard reset (they kept telling me to do volume up, volume down, on/off button until it restarted) which of course didn’t do anything, I did a hard reset (on/off and home button) and now it works. Yes, it was muted but it wasn’t giving me any way to unsure it.

It sounds like your iPad is muted. Try pulling down from the upper right corner of the display to open Control Center. Tap the icon of a red bell.
