I suggest ensuring your iPhone has the latest version of iOS: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Two days ago I updated my 7S to iOS 13. Since than it does not connect via BT to the car. It prompts the car screen with passcode. Once entered the car screen freezes - mobile is ok, but no music, no connection to the car :(.
If it is connected via cable, the car screen requires 10s reset and start again, then Apple Car play is there.
This is very annoying feature as I need to every-time connect the phone via cable even if I want to play just music, otherwise I cannot use the car screen as it freezes. My car is Volkswagen R 2017 model. I would really appreciate any support with this. I am upset that I did upgraded the software on the mobile as up until now everything worked well :((.
