CarPlay not working

My CarPlay stopped working on my 2018 Honda Accord when 12.4 installed. I went to the Honda Dealer and I was told that it was Apple that a lot of customers had been having the same problem after installing the update.

What is planned for an update for this problem?

The update didn't cause your issue and the dealer lied to you.
