Final Cut PRO X avoid freezing or hanging

I notice that while I was editing the part on sound designing usually I use Bluetooth Airpods or headset. I often experience hanging and freezing that makes my work very frustrating. Usually what I do if it is happening I go to preference and manually force to quit the application, but this is not a long term solution. One time I was in the clients office and I did not use my bluetooth Airpods and my work was really smooth there was no freezing or hanging at all. If I use my bluetooth I experiencing hanging again then I tried to turn off my wifi and it work.
