Why can’t I add photo and flag to my reminder?

Hello! I am having the same problem. I am on iOS 13.0, have synced my iCloud (as mentioned in "Before you begin" but the flag & camera icon are still greyed out. Could you help me?

I just noticed an "upgrade" button in my Reminders app. It is working now. : ) Sorry for the impatience.

Love the new show with number of "Today" tasks. This is the first todo design that I've been able to stick with for a week. I couldn't stick with the previous Reminders version but this is one heck of an improvement.
