Changing Delivery Address After Shipped

Hello,

I ordered iPhone 11 Pro and UPS didn't deliver it on the promised date. They said they attempt but I was at home and they didn't even leave an infonotice. Anyway I called them and requested to keep it in their store. They said me I could take it on Saturday but the store was closed on that date. Then I called UPS to redirect my package to another address since I had to be out of the city because of my business. They said only Apple could change the delivery address. I called Apple and they said they would send an address update request to UPS but the status of my package is still "Being Held in the Store". And UPS says Apple haven't sent a request for changing address.

What should I do?

Is there anyone who handle this situation before?
