iPhone X not working after IOS 13.1 Update

After the IOS 13.1 update downloaded I am unable to make or receive calls/texts. Each time I tap on the phone or messages app a blank white screen appears. The same white screen appears when I try to access other apps as well such as facebook, gmail, etc. I am not able to access anything on my phone.

Updated and still won’t work Updated and phone won’t make calls or do texting. I can only use apps with wifi

Have you tried a hard reset volume up volume down hold power button till apple logo appears if that does not work you will probably have to restore your phone and reinstall
