Confused about my trade in refund?

Maybe its an error in the system. As long as you have proof they have received your phone then I would just ignore it. Or you can contact Apple and ask them about it.

Missed that completely. They need to just call the Apple Store in question.

You should have box and labels, including one with red stripes. Put just the iPhone in the box, put the label on it, seal it with the label with the red stripes, send it in.

But lomens13 already said "Thats fine, but I had already traded in my phone to them at the time of recieving my new phone."
