Confused about my trade in refund?

I got the new iphone 11 pro on the release date from the carnegie library store in DC. Great process, helpful staff, and traded in my iphone 7 for a 150 dollar refund. I received the refund on my card the same day.

My question is, I recieved a package with zero instructions in it expect a very non-discript piece of paper with the apple logo on it and a cardboard type sleeve to what appears to be a trade in package. It had a label on it to ship a phone back. I want to ensure I am good to go and what the heck this random box I got was. Anyone have any ideas?

Apple GiveBack [formerly: Apple Recycling Program; formerly: Apple Trade-up program] - All computer and mobile devices, including non-Aple brands - "Trade in your eligible device for an Apple Store Gift Card. If it’s not eligible for credit, we’ll recycle it for free. No matter the model or condition…" https://www.apple.com/shop/trade-in

Read the FAQ at the bottom.

You should have box and labels, including one with red stripes. Put just the iPhone in the box, put the label on it, seal it with the label with the red stripes, send it in.

But lomens13 already said "Thats fine, but I had already traded in my phone to them at the time of recieving my new phone."
