The Apple Watch does not emit ionizing radiation which is what most people mean when they say "radiation". It does release heat (also a form of radiation). If something went badly wrong with the watch, it's theoretically possible you could get burned but it's highly unlikely. There are many things in your life more likely to hurt you than your watch. A quarter of a million people in the U.S. are hurt in bathrooms every year.
