AGFA Drivers SnapScan e40 FOR MAC OS X

Well, first off, the 64-bit VueScan can drive this scanner without vendor drivers installed on macOS and Linux, so that may be your only solution based on the following note from Agfa.

Agfa discontinued all scanner and driver support in 2001 per their site note:

Although there are countless sites that suggest that they have scanner drivers for the SnapScan e40, how could that be possible based on Agfa's note above. Your best bet is the VueScan software which I have owned (VueScan Professional) since 2012 without paying any update fees. I receive no benefits from recommending this product.
