If I buy a new apple watch series 5 and have viaero, would the cellular still work because of their partnership with at&t and t-mobile????

Cellular Carriers that support the Apple Watch, which models, the radio frequencies each model uses, and the country where they offer service:

The Carriers listed have the ability to share the iPhone phone number with the Apple Watch. If your carrier is not on the list, then they do not have that ability (either because they do not have the technology, the contract that have with the carrier that carries their signal does not allow it, or they do not have an agreement with Apple, or other).
