Cellular watch

I purchased a sprint cellular watch with my plan. Can it be used with AT&T phone service?

Not unless you leave Sprint/T-Mobile and move your iPhone cellular service to AT&T. The watch and iPhone must be on the same cellular plan. And you'd need to contact Sprint/T-Mobile to see if you qualify to move to another cellular service.
